We have been Genesis Rescue System users for more than ten years. We were one of the first in our region to choose a Genesis System. A neighboring department had recently purchased them and told us how happy they were with them.

After we set up demo it was clear to us that the obvious choice was Genesis Rescue Systems. The main reasons for this was compatibility with the neighboring department, power and performance, and support after the sale.

A few months ago we recently took delivery of new Rescue Engine and we again called on Howell Rescue to upgrade our power unit, next year we hope to make the switch to the quick coupling connectors. Needless to say we have been happy with the service and care we get from Howell Rescue and Genesis Rescue Systems.
